Search by Area

1. To search for motels by area, first navigate to the area of intertest by using the map navigation tools. Then select the Search by Area option in the Map Functions menu.



2. By clicking the left mouse bottun and dragging the cursor, create a selection box over the area to be searched.



3. When the mouse button is released, a form will be displayed.



4. If no additional search constraints are needed, just press the Search button. If additional search constraints are needed, enter them, and then press the Search button. The accessions that are within the specified area and satisfy the search conditions are displayed in a new form such as the one below.



5. Check the box next to the motel of interest. The area of the motel selected will then be displayed on the map.
